    Dry skin! D:

That's your problem. Never use pour-on on haired show cattle. I recommend Safe-guard in a tube. That's what I've always used and I've never had a problem with worms.

Smilin Bob x Money Man heifer

Usually soggier made cattle tend to carry a little more leather up front so it is somewhat expected. I wouldn't worry about it too much either. I'd like to see her with her head up.

What do Ya'll Think of this heifer calf?

She looks like she breaks behind her shoulders, and could possibly be a little straight on her rear end. Other than that she looks like she'll be plenty deep, thick, and clean. I really like how she's marked up too!

Smilin Bob x Money Man heifer

It's hard to tell a lot about her because of how she is standing. From what I can tell though she is going to be a little trashy fronted for my taste, but she's going to have a ton of guts and be plenty thick.

    hair supplements?

They all work about the same. Everyone has their own preference, and there are threads about all of them if you search them. I would recommend SHAG because that's what I've used before and I had good results with it.

Looking for opinions on quality ofSimAngus steer.

I think he's too heavy fronted. Like everyone has already stated he is still really green right now, but I think he'll grow off fine and make a good county steer.

Revive works well. Spray it down, comb it in, and then blow it out.

    Help calming a calf down

I would recommend Grow & Shine. It's melatonin concentrate and it's cheaper mg for mg than buying pills from the store. It's marketed for hair growth, but melatonin is a sleep aid so your calf will be calmer. I don't recommend using any calming aids while breaking a calf. That defeats the...

    Are ponds helpful?

We have two ponds, and haven't had a problem with foot rot. I see them in the pond at least once a day.

Best, Safest Way To Terminate Pregnancy?

A few days early or a few days late; you should still be fine.

    Glueing Tops

I like to use Sullivans Prime Time. It's a lighter glue and very natural looking. I usually clip the top how I want it and then hit it with a little prime time to hold it in place, then go back over it to fine tune it. Comb forward and you shouldn't need to paint it.

    Help calming a calf down

Are you looking for something long-term that you can give him daily, or something short-term to use from one show to the next?

COOL MARKED GREAT MAINTAINER/CHI HEIFER FOR SALE

Has anyone else noticed the date on this? He posted her for sale last November. I highly doubt he's still got her, and if you look at his profile he hasn't been online since May of this year.

    soap/shampoo?

You spray it on them while their dry, and unless they have mud caked onto their hair your not even going to need to scrub them. Then you rinse them clean, then you take your foamer and spray them with soap again. You can visibly see the soap on them and when it dries(disappears; the calf will...

    Need advice on clipper blades.

The x-block has sharper pointed teeth, and if you compare them side by side the x-block is designed differently so that if doesn't build up glue as much. The super blocking is still a good blade to use for clipping through glue, but I do think the x-block works better.

    soap/shampoo?

EQ Solution. It's expensive at $20/gallon, but it's worth every single dollar. It's made for horses, but its starting to catch on with show cattle people. You need a foamer to use it. You spray it on the calf dry. Yes, DO NOT rinse the calf before soaping it. Soap, scrub, rinse, then soap again...
