If dream catcher is used on a pb Simmental cow that is thick and powerful will the calf give up some of that to get the nice front end?  How do his calves do in the show ring?

I apologize.  I shouldn't have raised this in a public forum. The judge picked an awesome heifer as champion. The Internet sometimes brings out the worst in people.

We are in Texas and we have been to SA and the HLSR showing a Simmental heifer and in SA an exhibitor working with a steer jock won the simbrah show with a red angus heifer. In Houston the same steer jock and another family won the Simmental show with a animal that clearly wasn't a Simmental...

This is the first year we haven't had any to speak of in five or six years. They have stripped all our pecan trees bare by this time in years past but this year they still have all their leaves. I wish I knew of a good way to get rid of them.

Thanks for the info on the bulls used on the top placing heifers that is what I was wanting to know. From another thread I gathered that the rendition bull was used heavily. Any other bulls that were heavily used and their offspring did well. Thanks
