Club Calf bulls that work well on PB Angus cows?

Hi, Yeah, my brother likes Uncle Cracker. Personally, I like Manchild. We are going to try Hired Man this year and we have one straw of Alias and one of Carnac left from last year. I got 5 cows picked out and trying to figure out what to use on which one. Do Hired Man's come bigger than Alias...

Thanks for the comments. nck21, yeah the Alias has more bone. He does toe out a little up front, but you can't really see it if he is set correctly. He has got nice hair, but it  is kind of curly, any trick to getting this straighten out?

    Barbados Blackbelly Sheep for sale

Exactly, the bloodlines are very limited.  Besides you may be thinking of American Barbados Blackbelly, they are horned and have been crossed with other breeds of sheep. These sheep are 100% pure Barbados Blackbelly and polled.

    Barbados Blackbelly Sheep for sale

We built up our flock of Barbados Blackbelly Sheep for many years now. They are orginally from the island of Barbados and are very rare, with less than 200 in the United States. They are hair sheep, so you don't have to shear them. They are polled and parasite resistant. They are great weed...

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I will email Purina and ask about their different feeds for steers and see which one has cotton hulls in it. The Show: How many days do you normally feed your calves the pills before the fair? Thanks again (dog)

    Types of Feed

Hi, Wondering what you guys feed your calves. Right now we are feeding a half corn and half 32% sweet feed to our baby calves and a 100% corn diet with some Calf-Manna thrown in. What products do you use to grow hair? I know someone mentioned Shag, how about Epic (supplement from Sun-glo feeds)...
