Any one ever use Keep n On? Wondering how it works...

We used it at some shows this year and really liked it, we have a calf that likes to get to shows and not eat, we gave her two bottles and it really boosted her appetite. We will be using it again.

We've been to the shows that this young bull has been to. He looks like he will do great things for our breed in the future, he is one awesome bull that will be breeding some of our herd next season. :)

    advice on baby calf

Had a calf born in October just like this. Worried us to death since it came out of our best heifer. After a day of icing every hour and making sure she nursed I took her to the vet. He called them "Wind Blown" legs and everything would be fine. After about two weeks you could not even tell that...

    extra teats

Well i wish that was true about udders, but we've got a cow that has won numerous places and once she got an udder and it was unbalanced she got killed by it......I'm with you on this, I think as long as it is functioning and raising a good sized calf you shouldnt be killed on something like that

    extra teats

Yes i know its not uncommon and I've seen plenty with them, but does it effect their show ring appeal?
  15. TXSimmy

    extra teats

Ok might be a stupid question, but were just not for sure. We have a show heifer that we have pretty high hopes for and found out she has extra teats on her udder. How much would this effect her in the showring or is it not a big deal? ???
