For 3500 you cant go wrong with those trucks.. Great job! I did still a little money in, including a tranny, but little things like that body lift for just over 100 dollars and some wheels and tires goes along ways on resale for some reason... I paid 4800 for mine and felt I did ok on it..

I had the same truck , extended cab model with a flow tech exhaust system, had three inch lift and some 15x10.5 wheels on it. It got me by pullin a 16ft keifer, but short pulls to the vet and stuff.. I traded it for a 97 dodge cummins its got a little more power  (clapping)  thats how I solved...

Thanks guys, yea dont watch it to many times you will really get dizzy!!  (clapping)  just was testing it out... guess i shoulda actually tryed instead of walking out there and taking video of the calf closest to barn haha. I need to set up some sort of video pen out on the pasture, where its green.

I did not wfcc! i am not that brave... But i guess i must have been brave enough to purchase her at a dispersal,  ;D  she calved unassisted at about 110lbs.

BCCC It is an actual flip I think you are right with the software I can cut down videos to a shot. once i mess with it a little more I will figure it out, as far as steady hand didnt try to hard to take a "perfect" video just had got it and just needed a video to figure out how to upload and use...

They are pretty slick Linnette!! the one downfall of mine I wish it could take still shots.

I had a tiny tim calf out of a heatwave heifer this spring. it was a 62lb heifer calf...

Thanks, I usually am against color have always had black. first red calf ever here.. But I do think she is a pretty neat calf!!

Here are a few of the calves so far this spring. First is a heatwave x carnac heifer born two days ago, An alias x tiny tim bull calf and a heatwave x tiny tim heifer. Just seeing what people think... Matt

I know someone had already posted something about this, this spring but couldnt find it. At what point do I start to worry shes not having her calf?! shes 12 days late now and has shown discharge since 3 or 4 days before her due date. She finally has started bagging up a little about 5 or 6 days...

We sometimes use a starter feed from Kent, the rest of the time can usually get them started on Kents HP Calf Creep 60b and usually feed that up until about 6-8 months age.
