    What's your most exciting matings coming in 2012?

    This is our very best bred heifer, sired by RTM Top Shelf (dam is Right Time 338 X 6807) and she is due Feb 24th to Bush's Unbelievable (SAV Bismarck son) owned by Reimann Ranches.  Bonus is she ultrasounded safe...with a heifer calf!!  <rock>

    The biggest challange is the distance...wireless transmitters won't go that far and you have to have a clean line of site.  I think your only option is to have a computer and internet connection at the farm, and have the video feed uploaded to an IP address on the internet.  Then you can check...

    One and Only calves

    So how are people mating him to get the best results?  Using him on real moderate females?  Are they good enough bred to clean cows?  We are expecting one in march...bred him to a real clubby purebred angus second calver.  Have more in the tank, and was curious what has clicked the best??  Thanks!

    Still Looking...Show Heifer

    Thanks for all the posts and PM's!  Ryan is taking his time and considering all his options.  Tonight he asked if anyone has sent pics of a RED heifer.  Red angus, red maintainer, red commercial...  Any of those out there for him to consider??  Thanks again!  ;D

    Still Looking...Show Heifer

    We are still looking to find a show heifer for my 9 year old son, so something "kid broke" is preferred.  Open to different breeds, and some color is OK.  Need to be able to make a cow out of her down the road too.  More reasonably priced preferred too.  So...if you have something that might fit...

    6100, 6000, 5800, 4000, 2100, 2000, 3100, 1500, 3200, 2500, 1625, 1325, 2100, 1500, 1650...according to my sheet watching on the internet.  Maybe someone that was at the sale can comment more on their quality.
