Great thread! I know a lot of these terms (or what they mean to me), but it is interesting to hear others describe them. Several have been described better than was described to me when i first learned the terms, much simpler. These threads are why SP is so cool.

I used Amen on two cows last year and got two calves he added depth, width, and hair to both. He didnt change front ends much on my limited sample. But I was pleased. I will definately use him again.

We also had a bull calf that we are going to keep as a cleanup bull out of Jazzman. Really like this bull calf lots of bone and hair. This year we AI'ed our shorthorns to Damn Proud and Tobasco. Tobasco was who we AI'ed our second calver to.
