Yes, I time bred them 72 hours post CIDR removal.

I used the five day and had excellent results from it (68% success on my SimAngus cows). I gave the lut shots 8 hours apart. I didn't notice many of my cows cycling before the time AI but that didn't stop them from getting pregnant.

What's your goal with the resulting calves? I primarily use Sim bulls on commercial Angus cows.

I like at least 45 days pp. I give all my cows a mineral injection a month prior to breeding.

Me personally, I wouldn't. Don't get me wrong, I really like Upgrade and used him myself but I see potential for his EPDs to still change quite a bit. It's very rare for a bull with his combo of decent CE and super high growth so I expect one or the other to shift with more progeny reported.

Me personally, I wouldn't be keen on using him on my Angus based cows. He has Dream On and Goldmine in his pedigree and both are not bulls I would use on Angus.

I love my In Dew Time females! My bulls by him are the first to sell too. In fact one of my In Dew Time first calf heifers raised my top heifer calf this year.
