I don't put to much faith in surveys.  I once heard that it was found that 70% of people lied when filling out a survey.  How did "they" find this out?  They took a survey.  :D

I have heard that before from people in the U.S.A.  If in fact that is the case, then that is a shame, because shorthorn cattle have a lot to offer the beef industry. Here in Canada shorthorns are not raised for show ( in by far the majority of purebred herds).  They are raised for beef.

That Willy bull looks good.  Very deep sided and a good rear quarter.  I would have liked to see some footage from the rear.  From the side he looks like he could use a little more spring of rib.  They have another video with some Braford bull that look good as well.

I didn't catch who they all sold to either but at least 7 lots went south of the border.
