TH and PHA; how bad is it out there?

OK, now you're on to something. While I've said I believe they are manageable defects, I see VERY few of the farms even attempting to manage the situation. Look at the major sales this year alone. Every sale will tout the productivity and commercial viability of the group "with show ring...

TH and PHA; how bad is it out there?

TH and PHA; how bad is it out there?

TH and PHA; how bad is it out there?

    cost of embyos

Well, considering every heifer (bred or open) sells with some reference to being a donor in the future I would expect more marginal cows to be flushed. I mean think about this for a second...our industry is based around pictures, fit jobs, and hope. Embryos fulfill part of that equation.

    Best Irish Whiskey son

What about GCC Untouchable, Diamond Driver, Whiskey 7, etc. All are old enough to have lots of progeny. Untouchable looks great but even the owners seem to have left him behind? Thoughts?

How would you like to have been the parents of the A&M player in the pile? Watching your son come out of the closet on national TV, just sad.

None of ours were over 85 lbs. Both heifers were actually under 80, I was surprised.
