Sounds to me like you should just take the heifer back to the breeder and tell them you want your money back. I don't think you should even consider sueing that is what is wrong with people these days they always want to blame someone else.

She needs to be eating at least 2.5% of her body weight or at least 22 pounds of a complete ration. I would not add oats to your current ration. I would feed Hi-Pro 288 it has less corn and more oats, works great for heifers. You have got to feed her more if you are going to show her.

I was thinking of using My Turn on some mature Angus cows. Cows are soggy made and I was just wondering if anyone has tried him on Angus? I would like to keep the heifers for replacements.
