    I guess my question might be, "is it acceptable that some black angus out there are not homozygous black?"  I personally do not have a problem with it, but I grew up being told that if you used an angus bull he would make them black and polled.  There is definitely a red gene in the wood pile...

    selling cows

    If you are selling them open I would be wondering why they weren't bred.  I know some will say "so you can breed them as you want" but an open makes me think that you could not get them bred possibly.  If I am buying I'm moreiinterested in breds or 3 in 1's.  I am convinced they are still able...
