Stabilized rice bran is only a horse feed. Our calves were a little picky when I first started feeding it but no problems now! We buy ours at Rural King but TSC also carries it!

The main thing people cook is corn and barely. We cook ours in a roaster pan. 2 scoops(we have a mega scoop). After putting feed in, fill rest of pan with water. Cook on 350 for about 10-12 hours. Let cool and feed at next feeding. Calves love it!

Might add some winning fill to his feed. My steer hadnt been eating so I started adding a handful of winning fill and now eats like a champ! Real cheap. $20 a bag. Has a sweet smell and definitely couldnt hurt anything.

My opinion is Glucoat is nothing but overpriced molasses. We are feeding Stabilized Rice Bran in our ration. Better than Glucoat. Does everything Power Fuel does, just cheaper. I would save myself some money and not waste it on Glucoat. Just my opinion.
