I wouldn't try use him to make cows, half of them will just be feedlot calves because they will be so straight in the shoulder. That's my experience with him anyway.
If you have a charlios that's flat in his muscle, your missing the point of the breed. They are supposed to be muscular. Like this guy, he would be an ideal charlios in my book.
