Grey bull is a Sunseeker X Charolais we had last month. The black and white heifer is a Total Solution X Shorthorn. They just keep getting better!

I was curious as to see what everybody uses as creep feed to get their calves to have that full look. What works best for you guys?

The way Wade talked he isn't a huge bull, just gotta find what he works with. We're planning on trying him on some of our bigger, more maternal cows next year. Really excited to see how he does, tho!

Tag #3 steer was awesome! Probably one of the better Monopoly steers I've seen so far. Wade said that steer was a puppy dog. I'm sure he'll bring some good money. Definitely one of the better steers I've seen this year!

Dunno what the steer ended up going for, but he was one of the better steers there. Was a little disappointed in the size of him. Was really impressed with Downing's steers. Hard to pick just one favorite! Weisinger's had some super nice calves as well, they also went out of their way to show us...

the black steer won and the black and white one took reserve. Both really nice steers. I really thought the top 4 were the best steers up there. Just my thoughts! But that is an awesome accomplishment and those girls do work hard!!

Thanks for all the input. I have seen quite a few good calves out of him and just wanted to be prepared for Labor Day weekend and going calf shopping! So excited already and the county fair just came to a close 2 weeks ago!!

On the lookout for a show steer next year and have seen a bunch of nice Monopoly steers. Was curious if anybody has fed any out. Do they hold together nice or look good sale time and not so good later on?
