so far what has the ratio of the sexes of your calves been...so far 11 heifers to 3 bulls here and a friend of ours has 16 calves on the ground and 14 are heifers. 

I just hope that the exhibitors of these bulls will actually have them in the buliding so we can see them.  It seems that in the past few years they are never in there on display when they are scheduled to be.

anyone know who won the bred heifers??

I have a white heifer and need some advise to keep her white...i rinse all the time, but still she gets stained up...i swear she finds a pile of poop and decides to lay in it..haha  any help will be greatly appreciated!! :)

usually around 3,000, but the last 2 years it has been over 5,000 , However the steers bring less than chickens at our fair...5,000 for champion pen of chickens..explain that one ?

A friend of ours has a steer that was not finished and in order to get him finished..we had to go past the ideal weight for showing a fat steer...anyone have any ideas for pulling him down..we have 2 weeks thanks so much

Went to see speed racer last night....it was alright, but some really SLOW parts.  Didn't need to be over 2 hrs long, they could have cut out some of the stuff, it also wasn't really for small kids, some of it they enjoyed, but a lot of adult content!!  Hope you like it

We ordered some more sin city, doctor who, Naughty Pine, Hannibal, and Heatwave!!...I have seen some pretty impressive Naughty Pines out of just some pretty plain jane cows, so I hope he works out well for us!! :)

We have tried many as well, but right now the one that is working great for us is the Concept aid from Vita-firm..seems like we have a cow in heat all the time!!  They also seem to be coming in heat sooner post calving then we had before with getting our minerals mixed!! :)

What types of cows does this Dream On son work best on?  I thought about using him on a smaller framed cow...will he add frame or take away

We are planning on putting cidrs and giving shots to some cows, but they need to be dewormed also...will this hurt the breeding process, ??? if so how long should we wait after breeding to deworm the cows, or how long after deworming should we try to put in cidrs and shots?  Thanks ???

I have been hearing good things about a product called Epic..it is made by sunglo show feeds (www.sunglofeeds.com) It is not as expensive as some of the other products.  It is supposed to help with hair, as long as he has it genetically and you are working it, this might just help get you over...

We have had pretty good luck using Doctor Who on angus cows...and he has a clean pedigree  :D
