actually, unless the rules changed from last year, you have to be an indiana resident to show at HBC unless you purchase something in one of the sales and would like to show it in the jr. show.

I've got a sun seeker steer this year that is puppy dog tame. second time he was haltered he got washed and clipped, never pulled against the halter when he was tied. probably helps that his momma's an ex-show heifer that was a big pet herself

Over a buck for steers, weaned or bawlin, and about 10-20 cents back for heifers, depending on weight (SW Indiana/ Kentucky salebarns)
