    Mini Aussies For Sale

Sorry, but I forgot to ask what color eyes the mom and dad have.  What color eyes do you think the pups will have?  What registry will they be registered in (NSDR)?

anyone know of a place that clones horses

The horse that was cloned was called "Scamper" and he was a world champion barrel horse owned by Charmayne James. You can bet it is not a cheap procedure!

anyone know of a place that clones horses

There was a barrel horse that was cloned in Texas.  I think it was done by ViaGen in Austin.  You can google "cloning horses boerne texas" and read the article about it.  Good luck!

    Breaking Donkey

Where are you located?  We live in Texas and at the livestock sale each week you can usually find donkeys for $50 or $100.  I have heard that jenny's are a little easier to work with than jack's.  Supposedly you just tie them together and let the donkey drag the calf around.

    poisoned cows

I think I would request a list of the chemicals that were sprayed, and once you obtain it, do some research on the chemicals.  You can get information on the internet about them and any adverse reactions they may cause.

    calf growth?

We have a dairy cow and tried putting an embryo in, but she did not take.  I have heard that dairy cows are a little more difficult to put them in and be successful.  You might have better luck.  If it does take, that calf will grow really well getting all that milk!

    calf growth?

We have raised at at least 50 bottle babies, and the only drawback to feeding a bottle is that the calf seems to bet a big belly, almost as if they are wormy.

Banimine use - is it safe? Caution - graphic pictures attached!

Thanks, DL, for the information.  Someone I know gives the injectible Banimine orally.  Do you think that the animal benefits from this type of administration?

Banimine use - is it safe? Caution - graphic pictures attached!

Thanks for all the responses.  I did give him a shot, and he is doing better.  I guess I was nervous because my sister sent me these pictures of a horse that had a horrible reaction to banimine.

Banimine use - is it safe? Caution - graphic pictures attached!

I have a calf that is on antibiotics and is running fever.  It is so stinking hot here anyway, and I would like to give him some Banimine for his fever.  The vet said it was okay, but mentioned the risk of an abcess.  Have any of you ever had a problem with giving a calf banimine? Thanks for the...

N/C 12 year old girl question for Moms

Yes, I would let her get a purse. At her age "girl" things start happening, and a purse gives them a place to carry supplies, if you get what I mean!
