We had a Rainmaker x Angus that came out almost identically colored.  What was the BW ours came a little early and at 56 pounds, looks to me that she came a little light also.  Wondering about using him on some heifers.

Still waiting on a maine cow to calve, she is 6 days over tomorrow but I'll keep posted when the calf hits the ground.

Semen has to be fresh to be sexed due to the rapid nature of flow cytometry used to sex the semen and the shear numbers of actual sprem cells are not enough in one .5cc straw of semen to get adequate numbers for fertilization.  As I am sure you know semen can not be thawed and refrozen.

Has anyone used this Strictly Business X WMW Hairietta bull?  I like the bloodlines he carries but you don't her much about any of his calves.

Had our first Texas Twister calf today, unassisted 90 lbs.  Calf was up and nursing in 15 minutes, I like to see vigor in calves and this guy is already playin like he's a week old.   He puts bone and hair on 'em will post a picture in a week or so.  Anyone else having  TT calves keep us posted.
