    Rainmaker calves

Heifer was a little early (12 days) but we have had calves come that early before and still weigh 90 plus.

    Rainmaker calves

We had our first calf of the season out of Rainmaker today and the heifer was a whopping 46 pounds, now that's calving ease.  My question to everyone is do you typically get calves this small out of Rainmaker?  This is the smallest clubby bred calf we have ever had.  Any history on this would be...

    Texas Twister and Thriller

I'm interested to see the BW's also, bred him to a couple cows that usually have an 80 pound calf but you never know till they hit the ground.  Looking forward to comparing notes and appreciate the passing of the peace pipe it was also not my intention to offend anyone :)

What Breed Makes the best Beef?

Wayguli beef is by far some of the best beef I have ever had, Waygu X Tuli.  Tender, juicy , flavorfull, and easy to feed.  The only down side is that they finish light and you get a lower yield come harvest.  But if you want a good steak I highly recommend it.

Alias, Milk Man, Golden Child, and Heat Wave Heifers

I've got a couple Alias heifers as well as a Milk Man, Golden Child and Heat Wave (original) heifer that I am breeding in May.  The Alias heifers are January '10 and the other two are March '10.  I am looking at putting some Rocky Balboa in them and was looking for other suggestions from...

    Texas Twister and Thriller

I saw Texas Twister in person also and did not see him as being straight or crippled.  But for a bull with the power he has you have to expect something to give.  As with all the new sires only time will tell once calves are on the ground.  I'm expecting the best and hope that he is gonna...

    I-80 calves

FLACOWMAN Everytime we deal with Lautner's everything is smooth sailing.  Semen gets here when they say it will, bills are are always correct, and our conception rate is always 95 plus.  I would say that you should make a decision to use them on your own terms and not what others say about...

    Texas Twister and Thriller

Does anyone have calves on the ground out of Texas Twister of Thriller?  I am expecting  calves out of these two Feb. 21st  and was hoping to get some insight on how the calves are looking and BW.  Pictures would be appreciated.

    Indian outlaw

bs372280  I  understand that there are multiple scenarios that can affect the quality of  semen.  I may have been on the defense having just read all the negative comments about Lautners under the I-80 thread as well as the Heat Wave thread.  If that was not aandtcattle's point my honest...

    Indian outlaw

Funny how people automatically seem to think that they jack the price up because he is a poor producer.  Lautners bulls are leading the club calf industry and people will take any shot at them that they can run across, jealousy is an ugly thing.  We used Outlaw last year on 3 cows and every one...
