Just curious......I see Fort Worth Champion went for $230,000 last year?
MY question is, did that steer go onto show more?
Do most of the steer's get sold to continue showing or get slaughtered?
The only one I would comment on is the 3rd (as I like the first 2) I would clean her up in the shoulder and neck (more feminine) also her udder (and it could be the picture too and the white making it hard to really see how that teet placement is)
I do really like the first cow (for me) she has...
To put on purebred Angus cows.............these cows are mid framed, lots of capacity and milking ability, with good udder and conformation.......thanks ;D
Hi
I'm here to learn ;D
I grew up showing in 4-H and Angus Jr shows, along with specific steer shows.....loved it and still maintain a herd of purebred Angus! Now grown up and married, I've always wanted to dip more into the club calf aspects!!!
I agree first 2/3 of him looks good...........I think once you get his settting up nice take another picture and post it here- I have no doubt he's a nice steer, the picture does no justice ;) I totally understand it can be hard sometimes to get them to stand perfect those first few times...
