Just curious......I see Fort Worth Champion went for $230,000 last year?

MY question is, did that steer go onto show more? 

Do most of the steer's get sold to continue showing or get slaughtered?

In Texas the Majors are terminal.  I believe the Ft Worth Champs go on display at the Ft Worth Zoo for a period of time.
