We want to do some AI this year sounds like you had good results what do you mean about giving a shot of estrumate  on heat detection? You give the shot then heat detect and AI when they come into heat?

Who were they bred to?

I like I-80 was worried about the ali one she has tons of bone weighed 105lbs and was a hard pull out of a third calver.  Do you know if he is homozygous black. I think I saw that he was scurred.

I would use something for lice first.  Our calves have had the same symptoms this time of year the 1st year we had a vet check them and it was lice so now if they start losing hair and are itchy this time of year we treat for lice does the trick.
