Benefit auctions and dead man sales are usually the highest. Original HW semen have sold recently for considerably less than what you are asking. You get what you can,which  is what anyone with any "salt" will do.But if you need to move it really bad,I think you would have to reconsider your asking price,at least here on SP.

i think 2004 on the collection date but im not sure,i really dont want to pull it out and handle it to check
