1934 Cartoon RE the economy - deja vu?

This 1934 cartoon appeared in the Chicago Tribune.  Interesting to say the least.

The interesting thing about it is, this was there second trip to print money. They had tried it earlier and said they needed to do it again. Now does that sound familiar.
