I like that first one , the second one I believe will be just like Bojo , and the third , looks like MAB when he was a calf ? I bet he will be a hit like him too.WB said:The first calf is one that Lautners bought from Mittag
And the second is a Bojo calf that Elliot cattle is selling, I really like him
The last one is JPJ that Lautners bought from Todd Fair.
I found these all on the blog
I also really like this bull .Mainevent said:I-80 x Sadie donor raised by Streitmatter show cattle bought by Lautner

Would be happy and proud to have raised any of those bulls though. Not knocking them at all.
I agree with you on that one but my opinion on it is the shear fact it is so hard to find a total outcross bull. Picking up a book and finding a bull that doesn't go back to WMW Heat Wave or Heat Seeker in the club calf world is kind of like winning that $1000 on a scratch off ticket. Its possible but the odds aren't exactly in your favor. I am sure people in other breeds will chime in and say of well my breed is diverse and this breed is diverse but in reality not a lot of them are. We respect total outcross bulls because they are rare in terms of making a serious consistent impact. When a bull like Monopoly or Heat Wave comes a long a makes an impact, they sell 10k+ units of semen and then the pool becomes flooded with them. Outcross bulls do pop up every now and again but few make a serious impact. The ones that do really helps the breed and makes them turn over a new leaf, they are just much harder to find. I am sure if lautner, Rodgers, trausch, Goddard's etc come across a game changer that's an outcross they would be sure to jump on it to gain the upper hand in the industry, I think it just speaks volumes that they only are able to do it every 5-10 years with the volume of calves they see. That should say how hard it is to find a complete outcross that is a game changer. jmo. ive been known to be wrong a time or two <beer>frostback said:I was really hoping someone would find a cool looking bull with a total outcross pedigree.
