The  30th Annual Worth County Cattlemen's Club Calf Sale will be held on Sunday, November 1st in Northwood, IA at 2:00 p.m.  Several SP members will be selling calves on this sale.  For additional information check outworthcountycattlemen.com.  The entire sale listing should be there in a couple of days.  We will also have pictures of some of the consignments.

I'll help out Oakbar here.  Every year I think the best calf for the money in my area comes out of this sale.  I don't know which one will be it, but here you go!  There should be some good ones.

Please come, but one thing, don't bid against my son on whatever he picks!

We do have some really good ones in the sale again this year.  This is a low cost sale for consignors that is meant to provide  breeders and  4-Hrs a way to get together in an objective manner and do some business.  We have several new consignors this year including Berg Shorthorns and Willie Weis as well as excellent cattle from SP member Iowann and several others like Butch  Perkins, Braun Show Cattle, Thorson Farms, and many more.  Several calves from this sale sold under $2500 and went on to be Champions or reserve Champions at state fairs and jackpots.
