Looks like a new bull from Canada.  Lots of leather up front.  Probably not the best bull for siring fancy steers but I bet he will make some good momma cows.

We know the people and have seen their cattle develope over the past years. DONT be scared to use him. I would take a female out of this or one of their older bulls any day.
