Picked up a copy while at IL Beef Expo last weekend.

Published by NCBA- funded by the checkoff..

This little booklet- is one cool publication.  I think these things should be piled up and waiting next to every beef sales counter in America==  people who don't know-- would really benefit from it...

and all these years I've complained about the checkoff being lousy- well- atleast one checkoff is doing something... :

I'm not sure where one would get a copy of this brochure I have- It's a 4"x8" folded in half deal.  Basically 26 pages of four way writing...

on the back of the pamplet it lists a contact.  I think I will try them first.  National Cattlemens Association I believe.  There are multiple lessons that could be formed out of it.  Thanks for the post!

that would be my course as well-- I would think that they should be free- and a teacher might be able to give every student a take home copy...

Also has a link to Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube-- and one of those new bar scan coder things.
