How are Alias cows turning out? Milking ability? He seems like one that could truly be a "dual purpose" club calf bull, good for making cows and heifers.

Have first time heifer with angus sired calf on her side.  She was a good show heifer-she is half black angus- and she has produced a black calf we are very excited about and will show this next year.  Sweet cow with good milk and had this calf on her own and she was up and ready for breatkfast.  So we like her a lot!

Alias bull calf this year-big thick and stout.  Walks fine but toes out so bad in the front he is freezer beef

Got one that calved last year and she did a great job as a mom. A perfect udder and weaned a heavy calf. I used him again on a few select cows hoping for heifers. The cows I used him on were not clubby bred.

I wouldn't try use him to make cows, half of them will just be feedlot calves because they will be so straight in the shoulder. That's my experience with him anyway.
