Amen or eyecandy?

what are your thoughts on who throws better calves? I have seen some really nice eyecandys, but...aman looks like a great bull.

Eye Candy has a couple of calf crops on the ground and is a known quantity. Amen hasn't sired any calves yet. Time will tell but there is no answer to your question yet. Not sure how soon Amen got collected either, but either way we'll all have to wait and see.

If I am correct, I do not think there was any Amen semen available for spring 2011 calves. We are expecting a few of them for fall 2011.  I am pretty excited, I love Friction fat steers and the right Friction females make awesome cows, just hope the Amens are a little more fertile than friction was, hopefully the cow comes in there. We mostly bred him to our TH carrier females, will keep you posted.  Mating I am most excited about is a Paleface x Bring It On x Double Vision.
