What can anyone tell me about Limestone Darkhorse? He looks to be a very thick full quartered bull but maybe on the short side. Interested in hearing what you think!

He looks pretty cool from his picture.  I guess my two concerns are concerns that I have from his sire, Raven.  I worry they will be tight in the heart and high in the flank.  I hear everyone always complaining how much you have to feed the Ravens and that doesn't sit well with me.

I saw Dark Horse at Nichols this past fall.  IMO, he was good, but nothing like his picture or video.  Dark Horse was correct in his structure, sound with good feet and legs, but flatter and more refined than his picture.  He would work an a lot of different cows to pretty them up, but probably is not a sire for breed steers.
