another feed question

I saw someone just posted a question about their own feed recipe. I've seen the AAOK feed ration posted on this site but I'm wondering if anyone wants to share their own feed ration recipe. I'm always looking to improve ours. My husband mixes and grinds it himself (per ton). We're feeding both steers and heifers.
