Saw this on the Sullivans web site--just wondering if it works. I see you can use it on just about everything. Any one ever use it? Were you happy with the results?
We had a fat steer earlier this spring that was notorious for not eating and drinking very well at a show. Very nervous. We gave him 9 bottles through a drench gun about an hour before he went in the ring. It gave him the fill of a full feeding and 5 gallons of water. I think I may just keep a full case of that in the show box now.
Used it at a couple of Texas majors this year and seemed to have good results. Be careful about drenching. All of the Texas shows put in a no drench policy this year. I knew a guy at Ft. Worth that did not get to show because he was caught drenching. If you have held your calf a little they seem to be willing to drink it.
We used it at some shows this year and really liked it, we have a calf that likes to get to shows and not eat, we gave her two bottles and it really boosted her appetite. We will be using it again.
