Any thoughts on what I should breed my simmi cow to?

My family had simmental cattle back in the early 90's but due to an unexpected death in the family the cows were sold. At that time I was about 7 years old, but have built a herd of cows up on my own for the last 10 years. I recently purchased a simmental, she is a Dream On x Meyer 734. I know both of those sires are very prominent in the simmi breed. So I thought I would ask what people are using on their cows that have similar pedigrees? I see the bull Excalibur is an outcross to those bulls. Just wondering what is working for everybody else right now?

Hard to guess without a picture of her. However, there are lots of Lock n Load sons out there that are doing a great job. She sounds like she has a solid pedigree....
