Was just curious about how many members live in a rural area or in an urban setting? I'm giving everyone the option of 2 choices because I know some like OH. Breeder lives in the city but also has a family farm where the cattle are.

We live in a rural area but are seeing more houses being built. Honda & people who work in the Columbus area are settling here more & more. We are about 15 miles from the bigger town & 6 miles from a bump in the road village.

How about a couple more options..  rural but close to town & rural & way out there.    I chose rural as it gets because we don't have much urban build up around us - yet.    However we only live about 2.5 miles from a small but growing town.

sounds good! I think though the rural as it gets pretty much covers that area.

Same here but I put a build up of houses.  Because I live right on a pretty busy highway.

We live on a 75 acre farm about 4 miles from a town of 2200 and although we don't live in Minnesota--we can smell it from here!!  I'm just kidding Minnesota folks don't get your undies in a bundle!!  We also live 3 miles from the northernmost casino in Iowa.

I live in town now, but I lived on the farm for 20 years and still have a lot of rural habits.  Eg:  I still pee outside...

I am lucky to have a support network in place and a good job that can be flexible. I live in downtown columbus and travel most of the major metro areas through the week. Any day off, I am in the jeep headed to the farm. Spend just about every minute up there. The farm is outside a small village and has a few houses around it. Google earth is kind of cool.  ;)
