Basic Instinct or Northern Improvement to produce a Shorty Plus the first time. Then go back Shorty.

Check out the Basic Instinct Heifers in the Rosanky Catalog.

Arsulu Osage-there is a pic of a daughter under UB-Osage female thread-thanks again for that!!!-then check her out- Osage calves as easy as any of them-real world compatibility with the Solution syndrome(enticer-rodeo cross returns) works GREAT ON CLUBBIES-and adds performance-which in some cases is sorely needed. I agree with the unknown breeder - Osage is a good choice for heifers.  They typically arrive unassissted and will grow quickly as well.

Here is a picture of a 4-year old cow in our herd.

I will throw my hat in the ring on this one.  I will endorse both of the bulls that sue mentioned.  I raised Captain Obvious.  His mother and half sister are in my avatar, pictured in July of a dry year running out on a 1400 acre pasture.  I also had the pleasure of managing the RS 329 bull for 7 months as he was on the roster of the inaugural Blue Collar sale in 2009.  He was a stud all along.  Deep sided, soft flanked, tanky, tons of fleshing ability, a hoof like a clydesdale and impeccable disposition- not to mention a 69 pound actual birthweight.  Both of these bulls have loads to offer if you want calving ease, maternals, functionality and longevity in a moderate framed solid red package.  Use the piss out of these bulls with confidence! <cowboy>

iF YOU did find 034 semen great? we tried to close sales - cattlevisions is so busy .... we dropped the "bomb" kinda late so if you managed to get semen ... let me know I assure you ... you'll get a cert just call me or rob  asap .  Folks ... on a side note- Cattlevisions has the best customer service hands down- I say that because that's what my customers tell me.
Dont think for a minute you can sell semen on your own ....  they handle it the best most professional way.

Yeah, last I heard it was still available thru cattle visions.  The Truth was probably just referring to the fact that 034 died this winter.

yes, and the fact that it was mentioned right before Rob's sale, that during the sale.. the 034 semen that was to be sold... would be the last samen sold publicly, atleast through the open market...
