Blower Help

I have a cirII blower and only one switch will turn on? anyone know what i need to replace?

I think just the switch call sullivans they do that sort of thing

you need to take it apart and either put on a new switch or tighten up the part where it connects to the power.

My kid kept turning the blower on and off with his foot and got dirt in one of the switches, so it quit working.  I turned on the one that did work and blew the dirt out of the plugged up switch and it started working.  There is not much to these things, so I would try blowing it out and if that did not work, pull the end off the blower and pull the switch and see if you can clean it out.  If that doesn't work, replace the switch.  Sullivans and others sell spare switches and other parts.

a new switch is like 3 or 4 . we broke one off and a put a new one back in. its backwards though thanks to my handy electrician skills

I always had that problem when I didnt have the double blower system because I would turn it off with my foot, most times I could clean it out and it would work however I have had to replace a couple swithces.

Theres nothing wrong with turning it off and on with your foot, saves you from getting shocked should you have a bad ground or if someone cut your ground prong off of your cord. I have an old circuiteer II that will shock you sometimes after that happens you will always turn it off with your foot.

Make sure you do not touch your wet bovine while flicking the switch of your ungrounded blower with your other hand.  You may not get the shock, but your steer might not want you to touch him again.

the 3rd prong did fall off how can i replace it?

Get a new cord.  However, my electrician friends say that periodic electrical shocks help treat their arthritis.

go to an electric supply store and buy a new end. cut your old one off and splice all the wires back together. easy as pie

When buying show supplys and such, Valley Vet is a much better option for you as your in Kansas. However just go buy a new cord end and splice it on there.
