This is a picture of my bred heifer that i showed in the NAILE...as you can tell its been raining and shes rather dirty but you still can see what she looks like...she is due to wmw on May 18th...this isnt the greatest picture because i had a heck of a time keeping her head up from eating the grass lol...let me know what you think..thanks....

Tim,

She's lookin good, even if she IS a char haha JK.  I think that WMW is gonna work really well on her!

I think that you are going to have one heck of a calf out of her with WMW in her nice hiefer (thumbsup)

Keep us posted on the calf....I also have a PB Char heifer that is bred to WMW.  Mine is not due until Aug....and I am so excited so ee the results!

she had a heifer calf about 11:30 this afternoon...we ended up helping her out a little but once we got the head and legs out she was an easy pull...she weighs between 80-85...she was up within 45 mins after she was born and i just checked on her and shes nursing and doing great...ill get pics as soon as i can...

has anyone else had hair like this out of wmw...is it hard to work with and train because i never have had hair like this before..im used to the hard keeping haired charolais

Wow Chloe is just pretty darn cute and by the shape of her head could be thick but also the missing hair on ears means you could have a hard time getting hair. Good luck either way. By the way what is all that green stuff she is standing in?

We have had a few with hair like this out of a Charolais bull and some cross bred cows.... it isn't any fun to work with!  Takes a while to get it going and straightened out.  Sorry for the bad news but love your calf!
