Bred Heifer

I have a bred Shorthorn heifer out of Salute. She is bred to Jake's Proud Jazz.
According to my gestation chart she was due 4/27- 4/30

What is the normal gestation of a Shorthorn?

Should I start to worry?

I wouldn't worry yet, I had an angusx cow calve yesterday 2 weeks over due with a shorthorn calf.

If she doesnt look close-Id have a vet check her out-seems like alot of overdue calves this year-especially if shes a first calver O0

Yes she is slowly showing more and more. Just wondering if the gestation on Shorthorns are longer.

This is our first Shorthorn. We have registered Angus and a few crosses. They are always on time or a few days early.

UTC... what is the sire on that calve? All ok with it?

The calf is out of Shadybrook Scotty, 70 pound bull very healthy and active
