At what percent can you show a maine calf in the maine classes at a show?  Same with Chi, Charolais, Simmental, etc.  I know some have to be purebred but I also know some can show percentages, just don't know what percent.

What about at a state fair.  I know some of these animals can't be more than 75% and still showing in breed classes.

Charolais has their papered purebred cattle --------Also have their composite cattle an the base for those is to have one purebred parent , also can then mate registered composites an register there offspring    Pretty tight window , but it does give you a chance to use Charolais an the composite bulls on black Angus cows  is producing some  very good feeders an female prospects ,an also some of the steers will work down south where they want   more natuiral muscle not hair an adhesive ....I have a Friction  son that is working very well an no spotted colors , the calves are about half black an the other part is smokeys , an in our country in the sale barn  those two colors always have demand ,start putting a bunch of white on those black cattle an the price goes down in a hurry ...
