Breeding Advice

I want to know what is everyones favorite clubbier Simmi bull.  I am looking for something with guts and fleshing ability.  Something that isn't  monstrous when it comes to frame size.  Something that would make good steers.  Give me your opinions and why.

I am not completely sure but I had read here on SP that One & Only calves could be registered simmi, I have had really good luck with him and would recommend him if hair is not a huge issue. His calves come easy grow well and finish fantastic. Good muscle, bone and at least on herefords the are very sound and good disposition. We have had okay hair but not shag either. JMO
