Bull testing

We are trying to sell a 9 month old Tiny Tim/Who Da Man Bull.  What is the earlist that they can be tested for fertility?  Ohio State large animals just told  me    he is too young.  First bull we've ever keep to sell, we had him th and ph tested he is clean.

Sometimes bull produce viable sperm as early as 9-10 months, but it is rare.    The general rule is 11-12 months or something like 32cm scrotal.
