Calf for state fair

Looking to possibly purchase a calf to show at Nebraska state fair. Anyone got anything they think would work? Can't got above $2,000 for steer for sure. Heifer would be a maybe. Pictures preferred! thanks!

I have a couple of hereford steers. One is a march and one is a 1st of june. Nice calves. The june calf's full brother was third at th state fair last year out of 12 or 13 steers
