Sorry about the posts above, I couldn't figure how to attach the posts at first. :) The first two photos are of our Carnac steer, he is out of a reg. angus and was born 2/20. The third is a photo of our Angus steer, he is a Duff New Edition x Angus, he was born 2/22. The fourth is a Alias x Angus, he was born 2/25. The last is a photo of our Carnac and Alias steers. Any comments are appreciated! We plan to show them at the county fair.

Thanks for the comments.
nck21, yeah the Alias has more bone. He does toe out a little up front, but you can't really see it if he is set correctly.
He has got nice hair, but it  is kind of curly, any trick to getting this straighten out?

Walmart and most beauty supply places sell a product called Cholesteral. It looks like lard. Buy that and dissolve it in a spray bottle of hot water. Put some in the bottom with teaspoon as it will scoop out a little firmer than Crisco. Once the Cholesteral is dissolved in the bottom spray on and brush brush brush. Then blow. It is a relaxer for ethnic hair. It is cheap and works really well. Ony use it every other day or so. Make sure you wash it out once at least a week. It will soften and straighten the hair. It does a nice job of conditioning the skin.

Thanks everyone! We are excited about them. I will post better pics once they are out on grass. The Carnac calf is super quiet, he like a pet. Are Carnac's always this way?
