Can anyone explain the different immunity responses between ML and killed vaccine in the body? I know the difference in the vaccine but how does the body's immunity response differ?
Also, between the oil based and non-oil based vaccine?  Is it the delivery system or something different in the actual "active" part of the vaccine?

I know that an oil based vaccine/medication should last longer or take longer to become effective because oil is essentially thicker than water and will take longer to absorb.  I might try to pull up a couple charts for you to understand the MLV and killed vaccines.  Or in the meantime, go on the Phizer website or any drug company site and search it.
