Can you sue your hubby or wife?

My dear, darling hubby has been fighting a cold for a week. Now I wake up this morning w/ horrible sore throat, coughing & blowing nose like crazy.
Do I have legal grounds to sue him for passing it on to me? Any lawyers out there want to take my case?

On the same note.... I would never harm my wife ...or ever hit her ... or ever verbally abuse her, or hurt her in any other way......... BUT.......

Some days I do wonder if there shouldn't be a place where I could take her and have it done.....  ( just joking of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
