OK...I am getting ready to breed back my heifer. She had her 1st calf 2 months ago...and not I'm planning for the next. I was wondering how the Carnac calves do? Are they to big for 2nd calf females or will he work? Thanks for any information!
We have used him on secondd calving Chars an didn't have any trouble, an for a Heat Wave son he has been reallly good. One thing I noticed is the bigger at birth , usually the better the calf....
had two this year had no problems getting them sold, stout, hairy, sound and come easy 80-85 i would use him you shouldint be dissapointed i sure wasint. good luck WSC
hope they look good, we have 5 cows bred to calve to him next spring. Every one i saw had a tremendous amount of bone and hip. Just wonder how sound they will be.
I've used him on reg. Angus an purebred Charolais an have had hardly any problems at all, sometimes they might looka little ceooked when born then strighten out.... an never had ratail problem that I did with Heat Wave ....
