castrating calves question about showing???

I have neen wondering something so I thought I would ask.  Still learning and the only way you learn is by asking...... How long after a bull calf gets castrated could you possible take it to a show?  Thanks a head of time.  Someone else asked me this question so I thought asking here would give me several answers

It will depend on the size of the calf and the chose method of castration. A 500 pounder castrated with a blade would take 3-4 weeks to be completely healed.
