Would it be safe to use him on heifers? We have a big angus heifer that we were thinking about breeding to him. Just wondering what the consensus was on this bull.

Thanks

Not sure!  I would call Mac Smith if it was me and inquire!  PM me if you need a number!  He would know!

We have used him on some heifers with no calving problems, although, am not tabbing him as a "sure fire" calving ease bull.  I think if you consider the heifers pedigree and physical composition before you breed, you will be just fine.  Bulls have ranged from 70-82 and heifers from 65-75.

Good luck
